We provide intensive coaching and mentoring for the MRCPsych CASC examination
One of the main highlights in the excellent feedback we receive from candidates is our teaching model and approach. Candidates attending our courses have repeatedly said that the individual attention and coaching has been extremely valuable.
The same trainers continuously assess and teach throughout the day which makes it possible to consolidate the learning and keep building on the gains made.
This formative style of training is collaborative and effective. We believe it makes a real difference!

Our vision and ethos
"To work collaboratively with individual candidates in order to make a meaningful difference to their CASC skills by identifying barriers, providing honest feedback, imparting training and remaining supportive and persistent during the transition."
Our CASC course was launched in 2011 aimed at teaching the clinical and communication skills needed to pass the CASC examination and to offer mentoring at an individual level. We understand that individual learning needs are different and a small group coaching model seems to work really well.
"The course was both enjoyable as well as most helpful; in particular the very personal and individualised feedback which takes into account every aspect of our performance including psychological. All the role-players and trainers were great and gave very honest and constructive feedback. Great course if you want to really know how to do better. Many thanks to Abrar and Robin."
